On December 18, 2024, the Baton Rouge Young Professionals Network traded work uniforms for elf hats and joined forces with Sylvia’s Toys for Christmas! From wrapping to bagging toys for kids of all ages—infants to teens—we had the joy of being Santa’s helpers, spreading holiday cheer to hundreds of children facing tough times. Seeing their faces light up with joy? That’s our Christmas magic!
These special gifts made their way to families during the St. Vincent de Paul distribution on Saturday, December 21st. A huge thank you to Ms. Desha Martin for making this heartwarming tradition possible year after year. Also, a huge shoutout to everyone who attended the AACUC social! For the first time, we were able to walk in with a box filled with presents!
