• Economic Updates: We incorporate the latest economic credit union insights to keep your strategies aligned with current trends affecting the Credit Union Movement.

The day consists of guided open discussions focused on the sustained growth and success of the Credit Union.

Your Luminate team will provide a comprehensive planning session report capturing the discussion from the day. We follow up with the CEO to discuss timelines for completing the strategic plan, identifying who will be responsible for each initiative, and assist with any resources needed to achieve these goals.
