Jefferson Parish Employees Federal Credit Union is seeking a dynamic and experienced Full-Time Branch Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple branch locations.

Position Overview
The Branch Manager is responsible for guiding and managing branch teams to deliver exceptional service and meet members’ financial needs. This role ensures each branch achieves organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth objectives while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and support staff across multiple branch locations
• Motivate, coach, and develop team members in all aspects of branch operations
• Ensure exceptional member service and strengthen member relationships
• Drive branch performance to meet financial and growth goals
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and adherence to policies
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and team development
