Metairie, Louisiana. May 15, 2026 – EPIC Federal Credit Union is proud to announce the recipients of the 2026 Enola M. Fee Scholarship, awarding four outstanding students $2,000 each in recognition of their academic achievement, leadership, and commitment to service.
The Enola M. Fee Scholarship reflects EPIC FCU’s long-standing philosophy of “not for profit, not for charity, but for service.” Applicants were asked to demonstrate how they embody this philosophy and how they plan to carry it forward in their lives, education, and future careers through service to their communities and country.
This year’s recipients exemplify that commitment in meaningful ways:
Natalee Breaux, graduating from Academy of Our Lady, will be attending Delgado Community College. Natalee shared, “As I move forward, I am committed to leading with empathy, contributing where I can, and choosing actions that create positive, lasting impact for others.”
Adelaide Friel, graduating from Mount Carmel Academy, will be attending the University of Mississippi. Adelaide stated, “I love having an impact on my city and positively affecting those around me.”
Brandon LaMonte, graduating from Archbishop Rummel High School, will be attending Southeastern Louisiana University. Brandon shared, “I have enjoyed giving back to the community through service, and plan to continue to be involved in serving the needs of others during my college career and beyond. Service and knowledge will provide me with the foundation necessary to contribute to improving our world.”
Isabella Rojas, graduating from Dominican High School, will be attending the University of South Alabama. Isabella reflected, “To live ‘not for profit, not for charity, but for service’ is to live with purpose. It means using every skill, every experience, and every opportunity to improve someone else’s life. This is the philosophy I grew up with, the philosophy I live by today, and the philosophy I hope to carry into every corner of my community and country as I grow into the leader I aspire to be.”
“These students represent the very best of what our scholarship stands for,” said EPIC Federal Credit Union CEO Shelley Sanders “Their commitment to service, leadership, and community impact reflects the values we strive to support and celebrate through the Enola M. Fee Scholarship program.”
EPIC Federal Credit Union congratulates all recipients and wishes them continued success as they begin their college journeys.
