America’s Credit Unions’ Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) brings together credit union advocates from across the country in Washington, D.C., to connect with industry leaders, hear from influential speakers and advocate for the credit union movement on Capitol Hill.

GAC Housing for Louisiana Credit Unions
Luminate is working with America’s Credit Unions to provide Louisiana credit unions with access to a designated GAC housing block through onPeak, the official GAC housing provider.
The Louisiana League housing block can only be accessed using the dedicated link and password below. This information is not available on the general GAC website.

How to Make a Reservation
Booking your room through the Louisiana League housing block is easy:
- Access the Louisiana housing block using the link above.
- Enter the password 2027Jazz. Note that the password is case sensitive.
- Select your preferred hotel. We have three hotel options this year.
- Create a password for your reservation to protect your credit card information.
- Select your arrival and departure dates.
- Enter your guest and payment information.
- Complete your reservation.
A major credit card is required for all reservations at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged at the time the reservation is made.
Credit unions may make individual reservations or book as a group, with a maximum of 10 rooms per group.
Important Housing Dates
December 18, 2026
Last Day to Cancel Without Penalty
Reservations cancelled on or before December 18 will not be charged a cancellation fee.
Beginning December 19, 2026
Cancellation Fee Applies
Reservations cancelled after December 18 will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax, per room.
January 15, 2027
Housing Deadline
All housing reservations must be entered into the housing system by this date.
February 11, 2027
Last Day for Changes Through onPeak
All reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through the Housing Bureau by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
February 12–16, 2027
Hotel Transfer Period
During this period, onPeak will transfer reservation information to the hotels. No reservation changes can be made during this time.
Beginning February 17, 2027
Contact Your Hotel Directly
Beginning February 17, all changes and cancellations must be made directly with your hotel.
Cancellations will also be subject to a fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax.
Hotel Waitlist
Attendees must have an existing hotel reservation through onPeak before submitting a waitlist request.
If accommodations matching your request become available, a member of the onPeak team will contact you no later than February 12, 2027.
Please note: Changes made after February 12 may result in a cancellation fee for your original hotel reservation.
