EPIC Federal Credit Union is hiring an Account Resolutions Representative
EPIC Federal Credit Union is looking for an experienced Collector. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years collection related experience or prior financial institution experience preferred. Candidates should have an ability to manage the collection of various types of accounts simultaneously and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must also have:
- A commitment to the credit union philosophy
- An ability to work with multiple software solutions with confidence
- Coachability – always looking for ways to improve and add value
- Flexibility – someone who can pinch hit if needed to help the team
- A high level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion
