Sponsored by the Luminate Foundation, the Louisiana Credit Union Hall of Fame was established to recognize the valuable leadership, commitment, dedication, and contributions of credit union professionals and volunteers throughout the state. Those inducted have given their time, talents, and ingenuity in order to enhance and strengthen the credit union movement. Inductions take place yearly at our annual convention.

The Excellence in Marketing Awards seek to highlight marketing and business development teams that truly understand their member as they focus on outcomes. Each year we award our credit unions in four categories: Annual Report, Community Outreach, Integrated Campaign, and Social Media.

Sponsored by the Luminate Foundation, our Emerging Leader Program honors exceptional Louisiana credit union professionals who consistently integrate themselves into the industry through development, service, and engagement. Finalist are selected to interview with industry judges, and the overall winner is recognized at our annual convention. The overall winner will be awarded a full scholarship to America’s Credit Unions Governmental Affairs Conference.

The Path to Progress award recognizes a credit union professional who demonstrates sustained support for advancing DEI initiatives in their workplace, serve as a catalyst for cultural transformation that emphasizes inclusion, and supports positive change within the credit union industry, their organization, or their community.
