Note that the password is case sensitive.\nSelect your preferred hotel. We have three hotel options this year.\nCreate a password for your reservation to protect your credit card information.\nSelect your arrival and departure dates.\nEnter your guest and payment information.\nComplete your reservation.\n\nA major credit card is required for all reservations at the time of booking. Your card will not be charged at the time the reservation is made. \nCredit unions may make individual reservations or book as a group\, with a maximum of 10 rooms per group. \nImportant Housing Dates\nDecember 18\, 2026\nLast Day to Cancel Without Penalty \nReservations cancelled on or before December 18 will not be charged a cancellation fee. \nBeginning December 19\, 2026\nCancellation Fee Applies \nReservations cancelled after December 18 will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night’s room rate plus tax\, per room. \nJanuary 15\, 2027\nHousing Deadline \nAll housing reservations must be entered into the housing system by this date. \nFebruary 11\, 2027\nLast Day for Changes Through onPeak \nAll reservations\, changes and cancellations must be made through the Housing Bureau by 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. \nFebruary 12–16\, 2027\nHotel Transfer Period \nDuring this period\, onPeak will transfer reservation information to the hotels.
