The Luminate Foundation is pleased to offer Passion & Purpose (formerly Exploring Your Why). This training will empower employees of all levels to understand and leverage the Credit Union Difference to drive greater value for your members and organization. The interactive workshop incorporates lessons from the Foundation’s signature Development Education (DE) Program.
The workshop will be delivered in person. For engagement and participation, there is a maximum of 40 participants. Registration will be taken on a first come, first served basis; and limited to 5 attendees from the same credit union. Note: participants from the same organization will likely not be grouped together for discussions or activities.
Credit Union Professionals of all levels are encouraged to join us for Exploring Your Why, an immersive program to learn how your passion for the movement directly impacts your purpose and our mission to serve our members.
Training will begin in the afternoon of Tuesday, May 6. We will host a dinner that evening and the training will conclude before lunch on Wednesday, May 7.
