Our enhanced program uses America’s Credit Unions FiCEP 6th edition textbook and adds elements to help participants easily grasp and retain counseling concepts and knowledge. Our engaging and interactive webinars are filled with relevant examples and skills testing to help reinforce the knowledge you need to pass the exam and effectively perform your counseling duties. Upon earning your CCUFC designation, newly certified counselors are ready to assist members on the road to financial wellness.
Our 2025 Spring Program will begin on March 24 and conclude May 29. The Fall program will begin on July 29 and conclude October 9.
This course is semi self-paced. We provide the suggested schedule below to keep you on track to complete your final exam and participate in the training day with the entire class of graduates.
There will be a one hour zoom exam prep session offered after week 8 and the test will be administered online within 2 weeks. Exact prep and test dates will be communicated in your class welcome email and on the FiCEP portal.
All testing is done online so that students receive their grades instantly and privately. Students must have access to a device with internet connectivity & camera capabilities. Make up dates for virtual testing will be announced for anyone who misses the exam date.

Please note we will be using the 6th edition of the textbook; Previous editions will be incompatible with the 6th edition exam.
Your CCUFC designation must be renewed every three years. To verify what year you certified, please check your certificate from America’s Credit Unions. There are two available options to renew your certification.
