EPIC Federal Credit Union is looking for an experienced Collector. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 2 years collection related experience or prior financial institution experience preferred. Candidates should have an ability to manage the collection of various types of accounts simultaneously and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates must also have:

An ability to work with multiple software solutions with confidence
