BATON ROUGE, La. – La Capitol Federal Credit Union has been named a recipient of the 2026 MemberXP Best of the Best award, a prestigious honor highlighting top-tier performance in the credit union industry. La Capitol distinguished itself by earning awards in three key experience categories: Consumer Loans, Member Care, and Online Banking.
The Best of the Best award is a prestigious annual recognition honoring credit unions that deliver a gold standard of service, as determined by the voices of their own members. This exclusive distinction is reserved for the highest-performing institutions within the MemberXP program.
In 2025 alone, members completed more than 300,000 surveys, providing deep insights into key performance indicators and detailed feedback across important financial moments—from applying for a loan to opening a new account.
