Service is not just about hiring friendly people and hoping they will deliver customer service that is better than your competitor’s service. Exceptional service is about systems\, standards\, and processes used to enhance not only external service\, but just as importantly\, showcase to your internal audience as well.\n\n\n\n\nDifferentiating Service\n\nLeaders of all organizations recognize the need to differentiate—to stand apart from the competition to offer excellent customer service. Your facilitator will share real-world Disney experiences to inspire participants as they consider service in their organization.\n\n\n\n\nDesigning Exceptional Service\n\nUsing examples from our own Guest experiences\, your facilitator will define what exceptional service looks like and break it down into actionable elements.
